Quality

We have independent quality control set up with a team of qualified engineers, headed by quality in-charge daily reporting to management. The quality team maintains a well groomed collection of instruments and gauges and control calibration of the same. The team also spread concept of quality throughout the organization with regular training to workers and staff. The quality team maintains not only routine and consistent checks of every product but also carries out in-process validation as well as identifies improvement work areas. To achieve goal of continuous improvement, We opted for work – atomization, increased use of digital facility and addition of best technology year after year. Product development is carried out by CAD engineer in AutoCAD and 3D Modeling. To keep pace with use of modern technology, We have been adopting improvement and innovation in production process and work methods. A number of customers have accredited quality system and its performance in “MECO”, after Quality Audit of “MECO” by their independent team as a part of supplier-approval and appraisal. We have been successfully approved as a quality supplier in every instance of such third party audit.

Our Quality measuring system is as follows:-

1)RAW MATERIALS:-

Stage-I) Physical & Chemical testing from I.S.I approved laboratory as per IS standard to justify exact property of materials.

If required ultrasound test as per IS standard.

Stage: II) Visual & dimensional checking by our experts. After satisfactory result materials may be ready to purchase from casting house / dealer.

2)IN PROCESS MATERIALS:

I)MACHINING:-Shaping , drilling, boring, grinding through latest machinery &instruments in our machine shop & from out side as job uploaded.

II)VISUAL& DIMENSIONAL CHECKING: In house inspection by our experts at random basis. All types of calibrated instrument will be provided for visual & dimensional inspection of materials as per our catalog/ Client’s approved drawings.

3)FINISH MATERIALS:-

(I) Two coat primer coating, one coat final painting by good quality primer & paints.

(II)Materials will be ready for dispatch.
